Purpose: B’Spoke Kitchen + Market is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible environment for all individuals, including those with disabilities. This Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) Policy outlines our commitment to removing barriers and ensuring equal access to our goods, services, and facilities.


Scope: This policy applies to all employees, customers, and visitors at B’Spoke Kitchen + Market.


Commitment to Accessibility: B’Spoke Kitchen + Market is dedicated to treating all individuals with dignity and respect. We strive to provide an inclusive and accessible experience for everyone, regardless of their abilities or disabilities.


Accessibility Standards: We are committed to meeting the accessibility requirements set out in the AODA and its regulations. This includes the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Integrated Accessibility Standards, and the Design of Public Spaces Standards.


Training and Awareness: All employees will receive training on the requirements of the AODA, as well as on the Ontario Human Rights Code as it pertains to people with disabilities. Training will be provided upon hire and will be ongoing as changes to policies and procedures occur.


Communication: We are committed to communicating with individuals with disabilities in a manner that takes into account their disability. We will work to provide information and services in accessible formats upon request.


Feedback and Accessibility Concerns: Feedback regarding the delivery of services to persons with disabilities is welcomed, as it helps us identify areas for improvement. Individuals may provide feedback through various channels, including in person, by telephone, in writing, or by email. Feedback can be directed to General Manager or Ownership at, visiting the restaurant, or by phoning 705-252-6653.


Availability of Documents: Upon request, we will provide or arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communication supports for individuals with disabilities in a timely manner. This includes but is not limited to menus, policies, and other publicly available documents.


Accommodations: B’Spoke Kitchen + Market is committed to providing accommodations for individuals with disabilities. Requests for accommodations will be considered on an individualized basis, taking into account the specific needs and requirements of the person making the request.


Review and Revision: This policy will be reviewed and updated as necessary to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to employees and, where appropriate, to the public.
